This is an alternative to Microsoft Internet Explorer. This is a much better internet browser. Features include: Popup blocker, tabbed browsing(you can make it so it opens uplinks in tabs, but in the same window), and many other features. You can check out all of the features on the site mozilla.org. This is a fantastic broswer. I use it, and millions of other people use it.
