Royfuss (2007)

In 2007, I did my first major redesign of Royfuss. I kept this design until 2012, when I moved to WordPress. This time, the site supported 1024x768 and above! It still hosted the same images I liked, downloads, links, etc. However, I started using the News section as a blog. I posted often.

I tried to make a forum a thing. I went through two different forums: phpBB and MyBB. Both went unused, and they ended up being overrun by bots.

I learned how to create lightning effects in Photoshop. I think they look pretty cool. However, the white text on block background is not pleasant to look at; the blue links even less so.

Originally, the layout used a table. I have updated the code to use CSS, and it now validates. Most of the internal links should work, but they might go to placeholder pages. The links in the News posts have not been updated. They might be broken, or they might go to malicious sites. Be careful when clicking on them.
